This right here is Boulevard Connection's "Sut Min Pik EP," which is full of dope features: Tame One, El Da Sensei, Company Flow, MC Serch, Bobbito & Promoe. Boulevard Connection is made up producers from Copenhagen (Denmark): DJ Sek, DJ Typhoon, and Marak. This EP was released on Fondle Em' Records back in '98. They had a DOPE follow-up release, Claimin Respect, which had Common, Masta Ace & Edo G, but I figure everyone knows that joint, right? If not, I'll post it another day, let me know.

One of the 1st solo joints from Phife Dawg, this is "If Men Are Dogs" bw Brooklyn Queens AllStars." Definitely a White Label, it was released around '97 on Hong Kong Recordings, but released in Germany. I think "If Men Are Dogs" is a dope track, but I'm not crazy about the B-Side. Phife's debut solo album, "Ventilation," dropped around 2000 (not including this) & had some of the biggest names handling the production. It took me a few years to really appreciate it, but it's a solid release.

Let's get back to White Label releases, I know people like these most. This is Onyx's "See You In Hell," where they flip Rampage's "Wild For The Night" beat. They go in! It comes with clean & dirty mixes, and was released some time after '96, because the label of the record makes mention of the Rampage joint. Last year there was a release by Onyx called "Cold Case Files," which had a Pt.2 to "See You In Hell," but I'll be honest, I never checked it. Was it any good? If you are in a mood to hear Onyx, this is definitely a track to check out.
